**Your Tasks**:

- Conception of new and further development of existing warehouse structures in Europe
- Definition of standards for warehouse handling with regard to processes, system requirements (functional), warehouse equipment and control
- Evaluation of complex data volumes to derive fact-based improvement measures
- Preparation of specifications for warehouse service tenders Professional selection of suitable storage service providers
- Management of projects in the warehouse environment (e.g. warehouse moves, layout overplanning, CIP projects)
- Creating, conducting and leading workshops
- Sparring partner (M/F/d) for operational warehouse logistics departments, especially in matters of service provider management and process improvement

**Your Profile**:

- German and English at least on B2 level, other languages are an advantage
- "Can do" mentality, in combination with the will to inspire others for their own ideas
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills and confident in dealing with a wide variety of hierarchical levels
- Experience in project management
- Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, preferably with outsourced warehouses
- Knowledge of quality management, Lean / Six Sigma, warehouse management systems, dangerous goods and hazardous substances desirable
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
