**The Role**

**Shape our future with us and...**:

- **lead international vehicle projects** **with a focus on E/E at the interface with the international automotive manufacturers and the project teams
- **define the project schedule**, **track the project progress** **of E/E activities and **make updates as necessary**:

- **develop technically challenging solutions** in cooperation with internal and external project interfaces in order to successfully lead our innovative prototypes to the stabilization of series production
- **support our suppliers and customers** as the first point of contact for their E/E projects
- **regularly present the project progress** **to the management and the project team
- be **responsible for the budget** **and **monitor the development** of commercial E/E project results

**Requirements**:

- a **successfully completed university degree** in the field of engineering or similar
- your several years of professional **experience in the automotive industry**:

- your knowledge of **A-SPICE and stage gate processes**:

- a **confident and authoritative manner** **as well as strong **communication skills**:

- a **hands-on mentality** **combined with the desire to proactively drive topics forward
- your good **technical understanding** as well as a **structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and working**:

- an** **international mindset** **(very good German and English skills)
