Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für Konzeption und Umsetzung von kreativen und performancestarken Social-Media-Kampagnen
- Entwicklung und Steuerung von Social-Advertising-Kampagnen (insb. META, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Einrichtung / Steuerung von Tracking-Optionen (Pixel, Events, LP Funnel, etc.)
- Analyse und Optimierung von Social-Media-Ads,

Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlung für performancestarke Social Assets
- Beratung unserer Kunden zu Potenzialen im Social-Media-Campaigning

Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Social Advertising / Social-Media-Marketing - idealerweise hast Du schon Agenturluft geschnuppert
- Routinierter Umgang mit Social Kampagnenmanagern (insb. META, LinkedIn, TikTok) sowie souveräner Umgang bei der der Implementierung diverser Trackingoptionen
- Sehr gute Marketingkenntnisse, insbesondere gute Vorkenntnisse im (Online-)Marketing, Social Media, Social Advertising & KPIs
- Analytisches und strategisches Geschick und proaktive Herangehensweise an Aufgaben und Projekte
- Hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit für digitale Trends und Marken
