Am **Airbus Helicopters **-Standort in **Donauwörth **suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung für aktuelle und zukünftige Projekte eine/-n **erfahrenen Controller (m/w/d) **für unser **Operations Performance Management.**

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns**:
Als Controller (m/w/d) werden Sie Teil des Operation Performance Management Teams, welches das Non-Recurring Costs (NRC) Management verantwortet.

1. Co-Piloting der Finance Performance
- Leitung der Vorbereitung der Finanzplanung und Erstellung von genauen Prognosen sowie Leitlinien im Einklang mit der finanziellen Gesamtsituation des Unternehmens und Geschäftsanforderungen.
- Festlegung und Einhaltung mehrjähriger Finanzziele.
- Entwicklung und Ausführung von Finanzmodellen, Simulationen, Szenarien, Business Cases (zu Projekten, Fusionen und Übernahmen, Ausschreibungen usw.), um die Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen und einen umfassenden Überblick über die finanziellen Auswirkungen von Geschäftsentscheidungen zu geben.
- Antizipieren finanzieller Risiken und Chancen und Beratung zu Minderungsstrategien.
- Identifizierung und Sicherung externer Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten.
- Erstellen genauer Finanzberichte.
- Bewertung der finanziellen Leistung, Analysieren von Abweichungen und Beratung zu Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Analyse der Kostenbasis, Einnahmen und Stückkosten.
- Identifizierung umsetzbarer Treiber für Optimierungs
- und Wettbewerbsinitiativen, Überwachung der Realisierung von Einsparungen.
- Berechnung des Stundensatz, Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenüberprüfung und der Definition von Zielen für die Mitarbeiterzahl, Erstellung von Chargeback
- und Kostenumverteilungsmodelle.
- Prüfung von Bestellungen unterhalb der Genehmigungsschwellen, Verpflichtungen und Rückstellungen.
- Informieren der Investor Relations, die die Airbus Equity Story unterstützen.

2. Gewährleistung von Compliance und Durchsetzung von Finanzierungsprozessen
- Definition der geeigneten Finanzierungs-/ Kostenzuordnungssysteme zusammen mit Schnittstellen und Auslösung entsprechender Maßnahmen.
- Sicherstellen der Definition, Dokumentation und Bekanntgabe der Finanzprozesse.
- Unterstützung des Unternehmen bei der Navigation und Einhaltung von Finanzprozessen.

3. Schärfung des Finanzbewusstseins in der Geschäftstätigkeit

Definition und Bereitstellung einer Finanzierungs-Toolbox (z. B. Business Case).

**Folgende Qualifikationen/ Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ähnliches
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen, Controlling, Budgetcontrolling oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Fachkenntnisse in Controlling-Systemen (z.B. SAP, CBM) und Google Suite-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft aus
- Strukturierter, proaktiver unabhängiger Arbeitsstil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen und Managementebenen
- Ausgeprägte Business-Partner-Eigenschaft
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsansatz

An unserem Standort Donauwörth, der an den Ufern der Donau nahe Augsburg gelegen ist, entwickeln wir Helicopter von der Idee bis hin zum flugfähigen Endprodukt. Diese Position kann sowohl in **Donauwörth **als auch an unserem Airbus Helicopters Standort in **Marignane/Frankreich **besetzt werden.
