- Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Global Process Optimization suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt den**Head of Group Process Optimization**:.**Das erwartet dich**:

- In deiner Rolle verantwortest du den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Gruppenfunktion Group Process Optimization.
- Dein Fokus liegt im Aufbau und Etablierung eines „Global Prozess Owner“-Konzepts mit dem Ziel unsere Prozesse end-to-end zu optimieren.
- Hierzu führst du ein Team von Global Process Ownern und wirst durch ein weiteres Team bestehend aus Prozess-Projektmanagern und Prozess-Designern unterstützt.
- Du schaffst eine virtuelle Organisation durch erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachverantwortlichen im Business, unserer Process Ownern und Experten; insbesondere der IT.
- Du treibst das Prozessmanagement mittels des Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycles aktiv und überregional mit dem Ziel, Geschäftsprozesse end-to-end zu implementieren, stabilisieren und optimieren.
- Du unterstützt uns beim ERP-Rollout international, bewertest notwendige Veränderungen und stellst die Einhaltung der unserer Prozessstandards sicher.
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT bist du in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder bist Praktiker mit einschlägigen Aus
- und Weiterbildungen.
- In deiner bisherigen Laufbahn konntest du dir mehrjährige operative Erfahrung im internationalen Kontext in komplexen Unternehmungen sowie ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten zur erfolgreichen Steuerung von Teams in einer Matrixorganisation aneignen.
- Dein breites Prozessverständnis insbesondere in einer end-to-end-Sicht sowie eine übergreifende Denkweise und Spaß an der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen und internationalen Teams zeichnet dich aus.
- Du arbeitest hands-on und strukturiert, dein pragmatisches mindset gepaart mit einer analytischen und lösungsorientierten Denkweise ermöglicht dir dabei das Verständnis komplexer Geschäftsprozesse und hilft bei der Reduktion deren Komplexität.
- Du verfügst über eine starke Moderationskompetenz, entsprechende Präsentations-Skills und agierst kommunikationsstark auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
- Du bist durchsetzungsstark und treibst Veränderungen mit Eigeninitiative und Freude aktiv voran.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit sowie entsprechende Reisebereitschaft ins europäische Ausland.
