**Your Role**
- Identify and develop flavour active compounds from lab to production
- Develop novel extraction and synthesis technologies as enabler for first-class tastesolutions
- Be a fundamental part of interdisciplinary teams working on current and plannedinnovation projects
- Your chemical expertise and creativity are key for ideation, execution and commercialrealization of innovation projects

**Your Profile**
- Passionate PhD chemist, -biochemist or related with focus on molecular synthesis
- Ideally 2+ years of work experience in the field of flavours
- Profound knowledge in organic chemistry, state-of-the-art extraction techniques, processengineering
- Passion for food and taste
- Out-of-the-box thinking and strong will to innovate
- Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and strong team orientation
- Analytical and target-oriented work attitude
- Excellent German and English skills
