Ihre Aufgaben
**Klinisch-pflegerische Tätigkeit in der direkten Patient**: innenversorgung mit Freiraum für die APN-Tätigkeit
fachliche Spezialisierung auf das pflegerelevante Versorgungsthema „Resozialisierung psychiatrischer Patient: innen“ innerhalb der Abteilung psychosoziale/ gerontopsychiatrische Versorgung (Bereich Wernicke/ Ziehen)
Erarbeiten und Etablieren einer wissenschaftlichen Evidenz zum spezialisierten pflegerelevanten Versorgungsthema
Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von evidenzbasierten Pflegekonzepten und -leitlinien
Beteiligung an der Verwirklichung bzw. Initiierung von zukunftsorientierten Projekten, Forschungsarbeiten und Verfassen von Publikationen
Begleitung, Beratung, Anleitung und Schulung im Rahmen der fachlichen Spezialisierung von (hoch-) komplexen Patient: innen, An
- und Zugehörigen als auch Mitarbeiter: innen
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachperson (z.B. Pflegefachmann/-frau)
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Pflegewissenschaft, Advanced Nursing Practice oder vergleichbar (Master - EQR 7)
mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Psychiatrie/ wünschenswert mit Fachweiterbildung „Pflege in der Psychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie“
sicherer Umgang mit wissenschaftlichen Methoden und Anwendersoftware (z.B. Microsoft Office, Literaturverwaltungsprogramme)
Hervorragende klinische Kompetenzen und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Engagement für die Weiterentwicklung der pflegerischen und interprofessionellen Versorgung
Analytisches Denken, Kreativität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
