**YOUR MISSION**:
As HR Generalist (f/m/d), your mission is to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources administration and support within our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding, development, and offboarding of employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing HR processes, maintaining personnel records, and providing general administrative support in the personnel area.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Supervision of employees from onboarding to offboarding including master data maintenance and correspondence
- Optimizing and ensuring compliance with all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Collaboration with our tax advisor to perform preparatory payroll accounting
- Creating and administration of work contracts in cooperation with our recruitment team
- Establishing and maintaining personnel files
- Preparing and writing employee's references
- General administrative tasks in the personnel area
- Support all recruitment processes in collaboration with our recruitment team

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Completed apprenticeship or studies in the field of human resources management
- Experience in human resources administration and employee support, preferably in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Structured way of working and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and to complete them diligently
- Fluent and on point communication in German and English, other languages advantageous
- Mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Takes full ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a high-uncertainty environment
