Vor 5 Jahren als Ausgründung der Universität gestartet, arbeiten mittlerweile mehr als 150 Kunden und rund 10.000 User mit unserer Recruiting-Software.

**Verantwortungsbereich**:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Customer Success Strategie
- Du verantwortest die Bereiche Implementierung, Support & Customer Success und bildest die optimale Customer Experience für unsere Kunden dar und entwickelst diese KPI orientiert weiter.
- Mit Deinem ca. 9-köpfigen Team verantwortest du die Geschäftsbeziehungen zu rd. 150 Kunden.
- Dabei stellst Du mit Deinem Team sicher, dass Eure Kunden ihre Möglichkeiten und Potenziale durch eure Lösungen optimal nutzen, erweitern und verbessern.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung und allen relevanten internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um die strategische Ausrichtung und Prozesse stetig weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren.
- Du definierst Ziele und geeignete Kennzahlen für Deinen Bereich, die Du gemeinsam mit Deinen Teams erreichst und bist für das kontinuierliche Monitoring dieser KPIs (z.B. Retention, Churn, Expansion) verantwortlich.
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für cross-funktionale Themen zu anderen Bereichen (Sales, Marketing, Development) und stehst Deinem Bereich sowie auch anderen Abteilungen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Als Führungskraft bist Du für die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams verantwortlich.
**Wen wir suchen**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches/wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich B2B-Sales - idealerweise im Bereich Customer Success eines Software-/SaaS
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der (Re-)Strukturierung operativer Serviceprozesse
- Strategische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Affinität für Zahlen
- Führungserfahrung, insbesondere in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Gewinnendes Auftreten und hohes Empathievermögen gepaart mit Charisma, Kommunikationsskills und unternehmerischem Mindset
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Wissensdurst und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting oder Personalmarketing ist ein Plus
