**Dein Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (beispielsweise als Personalkauffrau:mann, Bürokauffrau:mann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalsachbearbeitung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten
- Kenntnisse der HR-Software SAP Success Factors sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Organisationsgeschick, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit sind erwünscht
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften zu arbeitsvertraglichen Angelegenheiten und Erstellung von arbeitsvertraglichen Dokumenten, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Mitarbeiterbetreuung im definierten Bereich in HR-Fragen und Anliegen
- Mitarbeit an HR-Prozessen, insbesondere vorbereitende Lohnabrechnung (Payroll) und Verwaltung von HR-Projekten
- Pflege digitaler Personalakten
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Überprüfung der externen Gehaltsabrechnung
- Verarbeitung von Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigungen, Reisekosten, Gehaltspfändungen und Direktversicherungen.
