Neovia ist ein konstant wachsender Logistikdienstleister, welcher in Niederlassungen rund um die Welt seine Kunden begeistert. In Peine betreiben wir einen Standort mit ca. 200 Mitarbeitern für unseren Kunden Action. Für diesen Standort suchen wir einen Personaler (m/w/d) welcher sich um alle HR Belange am Standort kümmert:

**Was Du bei uns bewegst**:

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von deinem Team
- Kontrolle und Überwachung der kompletten Logistikkette
- Bestandsanalyse
- Prozessoptimierung
- Analytische Erstellung, Planung sowie Bearbeitung von Daten
- Interner und externer Ansprechpartner zu System-, Prozess
- und Anwendungsthemen im Bereich Logistik
- Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden
- Ausführung spezialisierter Büro
- und Dokumentationsaufgaben

**Was Dich ausmacht**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Logistik, z. B. zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Verkehrsfachwirt (m/w/d) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik
- Affinität zu Zahlen und Systemen
- Gute Prozesskenntnisse aus der Logistikbranche
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Eigenständiges sowie ziel
- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten.
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Kundenorientierung.
- Kreativität und proaktives Handeln sowie Teamfähigkeit und hohe Motivation
- Fähigkeiten zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Konzepte
- Du priorisierst Aufgaben sinnvoll, agierst dabei dienstleistungsorientiert und setzt zielgerichtet Dein Kommunikationsvermögen ein.
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, arbeitest aber ebenso gerne eigenverantwortlich sowie selbstständig.
- Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit, da du täglich mit internationalen KollegINNen kommunizieren wirst.
- Interesse an einem sich verändernden Arbeitsumfeld und den Willen Veränderungen voranzutreiben.
