**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Die Administration und Pflege des CRM Systems für die Abteilung Sales und das Erstellen von Reportings, Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Sie erstellen begleitende Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Prequalifizierungsdokumente
- Das Überwachen der Verkaufschancen und die Pflege allgemeiner Sales Daten
- Sie übernehmen die Funktion als allgemeine Assistenz im Bereich Sales
- Die Bearbeitung der Eingangspost, Koordination der Termine, Kundenbesuche, Dienstreisen und Unterstützung der Sales Teams Electrical Products, Mechanical Products & Rig Solutions fällt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
- Sie übernehmen die Aufarbeitung der jährlichen UWEB-Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Gefährdungsanalysen
- Sie überwachen die internen Prozesse

**Ihr Profil besteht aus**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Assistenz
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
