**In this position, you will**:

- Uncover new product possibilities by researching market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings, leading to exciting assortment expansions.
- Craft and implement product development strategies that perfectly align with Vilgain's brand identity and target market, ensuring every new product resonates with our audience.
- Identify and partner with top-notch suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee high-quality, cost-effective production for our own brand products.
- Negotiate winning deals with suppliers, securing competitive pricing, favorable terms, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Work closely with diverse teams including marketing, design, and supply chain, to meticulously develop product specifications, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the entire product journey from concept development and sampling through production to launch and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience and continuous improvement.
