**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Überwachung und Koordination des internen und externen Tagesgeschäfts der DTHR Operations-Abteilung, bestehend aus Brand Management, F&B, Animation & Entertainment, Front of House und administrativen Prozessen durch Ops Specialist
- Hauptansprechpartner und Kommunikator für interne und externe Interessengruppen in Bezug auf Ops-Geschäftsangelegenheiten
- Sicherstellung des strategischen Wegs, der vom DTHR Management und dem Unternehmen festgelegt wurde
- Koordiniert und erstellt das Abteilungsbudget und die Prognosen, überprüft diese mit seinem Team und legt sie dem DTHR Finance / MD DTHR vor
- Führt nach Bedarf Leistungsüberprüfungen mit dem benannten Team durch
- Unterstützt Entwicklungen mit neuen und potenziellen Partnern
- Reist zu Standortbesuchen, um Qualitäts
- und Markenüberlegungen zu überprüfen, hält die notwendigen Besprechungen mit den Partnern ab und kümmert sich um das Follow-up
- Setzt die strategischen Geschäftsangelegenheiten um, die vom DTHR-Geschäftsführer und dem Unternehmen festgelegt wurden
- Nimmt an regelmäßigen Überprüfungen der finanziellen Leistung seiner Abteilung und der damit verbundenen Verantwortlichkeiten teil, um mögliche Maßnahmen in die Wege zu leiten
- Verantwortlich für Entwicklungsaspekte im Hinblick auf potenzielle neue Marken, Anpassungen des Markenkonzepts oder Beendigung von Marken und Partnerschaften
- Funktioniert als Schlüsselkoordinator innerhalb der DTHR gegenüber den DTD- und intl TO-Partnern von DERTour
- Nimmt an unternehmensübergreifenden Treffen teil und repräsentiert DTHR Ops
- Führt Hotel-/Resort-Geschäftsprüfungen nach Bedarf durch
- Unterstützt die Voreröffnungs
- und Eröffnungsprozesse sowie jegliche erforderliche administrative/operative Unterstützung
- Entwickelt Geschäftspartnerschaften, die die Qualitäts
- und Wertsteigerung unserer Marken, Werte und Betriebsabläufe unterstützen
- Treibt Initiativen zur operativen Exzellenz voran und ist der wichtigste Interessenvertreter für Unternehmensverantwortung und nachhaltige Konzepte innerhalb der DTHR
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Fach-/Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Touristik/Hotel
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in führungsrelevanten Positionen im In
- und Ausland
- Voreröffnungserfahrungen von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen in die Zielgebiete
- Zielorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
