Für das Team am Standort Düsseldorf suchen wir Sie als Head of Deployment in der Netzebene 4.
Aufgaben
In dieser Rolle treibst Du den Aufbau des Digital Infrastructure Ventures weiter voran und baust unser Deployment-Team mit auf. Du übernimmst die Gesamtprojektleitung für die Netzebene 4 innerhalb der Netz Abteilung und baust das Projektmanagement Funktion und Team mit auf. Daneben verantwortest Du die Steuerung und Abnahme der Bauleistung. Du arbeitest aktiv an dem Zukunftsthema der Gesellschaft: Digitale Infrastruktur. Autonomes Fahren, Metaverse, Virtual Reality, Gaming - nichts davon kann ohne eine zukunftsfähige Glasfaserinfrastruktur funktionieren.
**Im Unternehmen kommen Dir folgende Aufgaben zu**:

- Du verantwortest den weiteren Aufbau, die Entwicklung, und Führung des NE4 Deployment Teams.
- Du verantwortest so die Steuerung der Ausbaupartner für die Herstellung der Inhouse-Verkabelung (NE4) in Mehrfamilienhäusern unter Einhaltung der Zielvorgaben
- Du stellst die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit z.B. mit dem Vertrieb und der NE3 sicher und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von skalierbaren Prozessen bei
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Dokumentation in Deinem Bereich zukunftsfähig ist und den hohen Qualitätsansprüchen genügt

Qualifikation
Du denkst unternehmerisch, hast Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams, bist analytisch und kommunikativ stark. Als Teamplayer übernimmst gerne Verantwortung. Folgende Qualifikationen bringst Du ebenfalls mit:
\- Du hast bereits mehr als 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Glasfaserausbau insbesondere in der Konzeption und Inhouse-Verkabelung (NE4)
\- Du bist versiert im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektleitung (idealerweise im Infrastruktur
- / TK- / Bau-Umfeld / bzw. vergleichbaren Versorgungsdienstleistungen)
\- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit und der Steuerung von externen Partnern und bringst ein großes Netzwerk in diesem Bereich mit
\- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und bist auch im Englischen verhandlungssicher
\- Du bringst Leidenschaft, Pragmatismus und Motivation, die Digitalisierung Deutschlands voranzutreiben mit
