**Deine Aufgaben**

bex ist eine digitale Logistikplattform für die Baubranche. Wir werden der neue Standard für die Baulogistik auf der letzten Meile für Kunden in ganz Deutschland. Mit einer Remote-First-Arbeitskultur ist unser Team von +50 Personen im ganzen Land verteilt. Im Hinblick auf zukünftiges Wachstum und Expansion suchen wir eine **Chief of Staff (m/w/d)**, der/die unseren CEO und das Leadership Team unterstützt, insbesondere bei strategischen Initiativen wie Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) und einer anstehenden Serie-A-Finanzierungsrunde.

- Finanzanalyse und Berichterstattung

**Dein Profil**
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Management, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich (Masterabschluss bevorzugt).
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise als Founders Associate und/oder in der Unternehmensberatung.
- Starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten und Fristen zu handhaben.
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten in Verbindung mit einem strategischen Denkansatz.
- Außergewöhnliche Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen zu beeinflussen.
- Kenntnisse der Logistikbranche, insbesondere im Bereich der letzten Meile, sind von Vorteil.
- Beherrschung von Datenanalyse-Tools, Projektmanagement-Software und MS Office Suite.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
