**Wen wir suchen...**
Du hast alle Zahlen fest im Griff Denn als Buchhaltungsprofi kennst du dich im Bereich Kreditoren/Debitoren top aus und achtest darauf, dass alles aktuell und akkurat ist. Dank deiner Sorgfalt und deinem großen buchhalterischen Verständnis behältst du stets den Überblick und bist kompetente Ansprechperson für die operativen Abteilungen.
**Was deine Aufgaben sind...**
- Du überprüfst und bearbeitest die Tagesabschlüsse
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für entweder Kreditoren oder Debitoren und Kasse und allen Aufgaben die damit einhergehen
- Du erstellst Reports
- & Statistiken
- Du kommunizierst professionell mit Kunden und Gästen, sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich
- Du reportest Unstimmigkeiten die dir auffallen und dokumentierst diese
- Du bist absolut vertrauenswürdig und alle vertraulichen Daten sind sicher bei dir
- Du übernimmst Projektaufgaben und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein
- Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson für die Hotelteams in allen Fragen operativen Buchhaltung

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder Hotelfach
- Berufsausbildung oder schon einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Accounting

- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent mit sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen
