**Position**:
**The Role**

ITRS are looking for Senior Account Executive to join our commercial sales team. You will report to Regional Sales Manager in a team of 4 people. This role is hybrid-remote either based from our Alphen aan den Rijn office or remote in Netherlands or Germany.

**You will**:
You will be responsible for account management, business development and relationship management activities within your defined account list. You will also:

- Work with existing customers to ensure annual renews are performed promptly.
- Build relationships with existing clients, to increase customer satisfaction across the DACH customer base.
- Farm accounts to uncover additional revenue opportunities outside of current departments.
- Grow existing deployments.
- Partner with Customer Success to reduce risk of attrition.

**You have**:

- 3 or more years’ successful track record selling complex software into the DACH market, specialising in technology that operates in ITIM, AIOps, NPMD, APM, or other Enterprise automation software.
- The ability to look for new business and grow revenue streams from existing clients.
- Are comfortable executing complex sales cycles where multiple players from ITRS (sales, presales, legal, professional services) and working with players from the prospect (heads of IT, business line heads, project managers, procurement, legal) over an extended period.
- The ability to qualify and prioritise deals so that ITRS’s resources are focused on the right opportunities at any time.
- Some, but not all, sales roles will require running a global account in collaboration with sales executives in other regions. The appropriate levels of teamwork, strategy, and experience are therefore needed.
- German language skills as well any additional language skills such as Dutch, French, Spanish or Swedish would be highly advantageous
