**The Role**:
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support the growth and help launch of the Sales team and learn Sales Operations & Analyst skills.

This role reports to Lillian Huang, Sales Operations Manager, and will work closely with the rest of the Sales team and other stakeholders.

Given the remote first nature of our team, this role can be based anywhere but willing to work approx UTC/UTC+1 core hours, in order to overlap with the bulk of our European based team.

**How you'll help build one - fıve**:
Sales support
- Support on identification of new target customers
- Conduct client analysis and deep dive to identify needs and opportunities
- Generate sales leads
- Support on building CRM database and migration from previous database
- Review and update company’s product portfolio in collaboration with marketing team
- Coordinate with different team for sales operations

Market intelligence & innovation
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis including product portfolio and business model, and innovations brought forward
- Ad-hoc research and analysis on various topics such as FMCG sustainability strategy and consumer insights, and share insights with the wider team
- Stay updated with sustainability trends, novel material innovations, notably in packaging industry
- Assist in data collection and build market size database with regular updates

**Who you are**:

- Interested in Sales Operations and wider Sales function within a business, no experience required
- Ideally studying business management or similar, or have just completed your studies
- You are structure, methodical and enjoy systematic problem solving
- Fluency in English, as this is our working language

**Hiring Process**:
Once submitted, your CV will be reviewed by the People team, and shortlisted for interviews.

There will be two interview stages:

- Introduction call with the Sales Operations Manager & Head of Corporate Transactions - to dig into the day to day of the role more and answer any questions you may have for us
- Meet the team interview with selection of wider team - introduction to key stakeholders in the business and build your understanding of your future function
