**Das Team Back Office Trading EU und US, Exchanges und Collateral Management**:
Das Back Office Europe & US ist der Prozessmotor für alle kommerziellen Transaktionen. Wir sind verantwortlich für die Validierung der Transaktionen, das Clearing und die Sicherheiten, die Vertragsabwicklung, die Rechnungsstellung, die Periodenabgrenzung, die Ertragsbuchhaltung und die aufsichtsrechtliche Berichterstattung in der EU für alle Handels
- und die meisten Originationstransaktionen in ganz Europa. In einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld schlagen wir die Brücke zwischen unseren Handelsabteilungen und den Finanzabteilungen.

Der Bereich Exchange & Collateral Management innerhalb des Back Office ist für die Abwicklung aller börsen
- und sicherheitsrelevanten Geschäfte von der Geschäftsvalidierung bis zum Zahlungsprozess verantwortlich. Ein durchgängiges Verständnis und ein professionelles Kompetenzzentrum für diese Funktionsbereiche in den Back-Office-Prozessen muss gewährleistet sein.

Die Abteilung verwaltet eine adäquate Schnittstelle zu Statkrafts Clearingbanken, Clearinghäusern und Strombörsen sowie zu internen Stakeholdern in Bezug auf operative Aspekte.
Unsere Einheiten betreiben rund 25 Strombörsen und bald werden es noch mehr sein. Das Team deckt Prozesse und Aufgaben für verschiedene Statkraft-Einheiten und Standorte ab.
Die Position berichtet an den Manager Exchanges and Collateral Management mit Sitz in Düsseldorf.

**Deine Aufgaben als Specialist Exchange and Collateral Management, Accounting Operations**:

- Sicherstellung robuster und qualitätsgesicherter Prozesse im Rechnungswesen innerhalb des Exchanges and Collateral Management Teams
- Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses und Sicherstellung der korrekten und rechtzeitigen Eingabe innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen
- Bereitstellung von Informationen für Wirtschaftsprüfer für Clearing
- und Handelsaktivitäten
- Durchführung und Überwachung interner Kontrollen
- Aufbau und Anwendung eines guten Verständnisses der Komponenten eines Handelsgeschäfts und der Auswirkungen auf Rechnungen, PnL-Analysen, SAP-Buchungen auf GL- und Profitcenter-Ebene, Abgrenzungsbuchungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Beteiligten aus verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Umsetzung von Verbesserungen und neuen Anforderungen in Bezug auf die Buchhaltungsvorgänge für die Börsen und das Sicherheitenmanagementteam
- Pflege und Erstellung der Benutzerdokumentation für Routinen, Prozesse und Tools

**Qualifikationen**:

- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder ähnlichem
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung
- Frühere Berufserfahrung mit einschlägigen Branchenkenntnissen ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen und Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung
- Ausgezeichnete IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel
- Ausgezeichnete SAP (S4 Hana) FI, SAP BW Kenntnisse
- Analytische, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise mit starken analytischen und numerischen Fähigkeiten
- Ein guter Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kooperations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und der Fähigkeit, Beziehungen innerhalb der Organisation aufzubauen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, andere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochkompetenten, enthusiastischen, schnelllebigen, internationalen Arbeitsumfeld und die Bereitschaft, dazu beizutragen
