LCV EUCOM EW Germany: Billeting Technician
- Contingency

KBR is seeking a qualified and experienced **Billeting Technician** to join our team. The Billeting Technician will be responsible for managing and coordinating lodging facilities to ensure the comfort and well-being of all personnel.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lodging Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of billeting facilities, ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to optimize lodging capacity and accommodate personnel and authorized guests.
- Supervise, escort and direct subcontractor employees.
- Responsible for Key control and tracking.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all personnel and their families, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Resolve issues related to lodging accommodations and ensure a positive living experience for all guests.
- Work with operations to ensure service orders for living quarters are completed in a timely manner.

**Facility Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of billeting facilities to identify maintenance needs and coordinate with relevant personnel for repairs and improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards.
- Maintain proper inventory of supplies for living quarters and cleaning.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of reservations, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports and statistics related to billeting operations as required by higher headquarters and command leadership.

**Policy Compliance**:

- Stay informed about associated regulations, guidelines, and policies related to billeting and lodging operations.
- Ensure adherence to security and safety protocols within the lodging facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of directly related experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of lodging regulations and procedures is a required.
- Must have a passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
- Requires a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with computerized reservation systems and office software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality, or a similar field is highly desirable.
