**Junior HR Specialist Marketing (m/w/d)**:

**Your Tasks**:

- Participation in the areas of social and professional media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Kununu, etc.)
- Supporting campaigns to further develop the employer brand (employer branding)
- Helping to design the company's internal HR presence on the intranet
- Coordination of requests from various stakeholders with central marketing and external service providers
- Creative input for the creation and editing of various media and texts
- Collaboration in the development of measures and standards related to recruitment
- Proactively contributing your own ideas based on new market trends
