Wir bei BURNHARD revolutionieren das Grill
- und Outdoor-Cooking-Erlebnis. Dafür entwickeln wir großartige Gasgrills, Pizzaöfen, Smoker und BBQ-Tools. Als Direct-To-Consumer-Brand ist uns die Nähe zu unseren Kunden und Fans sehr wichtig. Daher sind wir vom Customer Service über unsere Facebook-Fan-Gruppe bis zu unserem YouTube Channel immer persönlich und mit voller Leidenschaft dabei. 2018 mit einer kleinen Truppe unter der Haube der Springlane GmbH gegründet, haben wir mittlerweile mehr als 100 Leute im Team. Wir sind eine der am schnellsten wachsenden BBQ-Brands in Europa und brennen darauf, den Markt für Outdoor Cooking weiter aufzumischen. Lust, dabei zu sein?

Aufgaben
- Du analysierst Schulungsbedarfe in den Fachbereichen und priorisierst, erstellst und stellst Schulungsinhalte bereit
- Du führst methodische Workshops mit den Fachbereichen zur Erstellung von BPMN- und Schulungs-Dokumentationen durch
- Du bist der Administrator unserer Prozess
- und Schulungstools
- Du bist für die Anwenderbetreuung im Rahmen von unternehmensweiter Prozessdokumentation verantwortlich
- Du unterstützt bei der Systembetreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Business Central
- Du arbeitest mit cross-funktionalen Teams und unseren externen Dienstleistern zusammen und unterstützt bei unternehmensweiten Projekten

Qualifikation
- Du studierst im Bachelor oder Master Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder einen anderen wirtschaftlichen Studiengang
- Du bringst Grundkenntnisse im ERP-Umfeld und BPMN mit
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce und D2C
- Du bist ein Allroundtalent mit großem Interesse für den operativen Unternehmensbereich (Logistik, Einkauf, Verkauf, Buchhaltung, Kundenservice)
- Du sprichst fließend deutsch
