**Zur Verstärkung unseres Strategie-Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Creative Strategist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.**:
Für Dich ist Creative Strategy die Grundlage zündender Ideen? Eine durchdachte Communication Strategy das Fundament wirkungsvoller Kommunikation? Und eine Brand Strategy das Fundament für Markenführung? Du behältst in der Datenflut das große Ganze im Blick und kannst Muster und Zusammenhänge so auf den Punkt bringen, dass andere neugierig werden? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Für Neugeschäft und Bestandskunden legst du den Grundstein für wirkungsvolle Ideen auf allen Kanälen - getreu unserem Credo „Build the brand while you make the sale“. **Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich**:

- Entwicklung von Positionierungen sowie von Marken
- und Kommunikationsstrategien für alle Kommunikationskanäle
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen, beim Wettbewerb oder in der Zielgruppe
- Ableitung von kreativ verwertbaren Insights und Übersetzung in inspirierende Strategien
- Entwicklung von Briefings für das Kreativteam und Begleitung des Kreativprozesses
- Strategische Beratung der Kunden
- Identifizierung von relevanten Kommunikationstrends, Marktentwicklungen und Verbrauchertrends
- Entwicklung, Moderation und Auswertung von Workshops

**Folgendes solltest du mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Marketing, Soziologie, Psychologie oder Ähnliches
- Berufserfahrung (ca. 4 Jahre) in der Strategieabteilung einer Kommunikationsagentur
- Analytisches Denken, ausgeprägte Beratungs
- und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Kenntnisse in Marktforschung und Datenanalyse zur Ableitung von kreativ verwertbaren Insights
- Gespür und Leidenschaft für gute Kreation
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten mit hohem Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
