**Minimum requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience in planning and design
- Ability to coordinate several design disciplines
- Experience and enthusiasm in the industrial sector
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management in German and English
- Experience with REVIT and AutoCAD
- Very independent and proactive mentality
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
- excellent written and spoken communication skills

**Other qualifications (desirable, but not mandatory)**
- Experience in working with a multidisciplinary engineering office
- Ability to recognize problems in the implementation of the design under real conditions; qualification to recommend alternative approaches to eliminate such problems
- Ability to manage daily workload and prioritize between projects, adapt to changing priorities and remain calm and professional in stressful situations

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating architectural drawings in both 2D and 3D
- Participation in the general conception of the building, the planning of the project and the execution, i.e. the execution of the construction work
- Ensuring the planning and execution of all contractual provisions within the contractually stipulated deadlines as well as the design schedules, approval and construction schedules and diagrams
- Representation of the company in contacting the municipal, regional or national bodies and authorities that issue the permits required for project planning
- Identifying the most suitable technical and financial solutions for the projects
- Defining the quality level and requirements for the project and monitoring fulfillment of and compliance with these requirements
- Review and enforcement of all project terms and conditions
- Establish appropriate collaborative relationships with clients to resolve any issues that arise during the execution of the work in an efficient and timely manner
- Participation in the coordination of the most important milestones on the construction site, at national and international level
- Carrying out project and design improvement work at the express request of those responsible or the beneficiaries
- Participation in planning meetings on the construction site
- Communicate effectively with client representatives to ensure quality requirements are met and best practices are followed in the execution of tasks
- Preparation of the design documents taking into account the company information
- Creation of design plans taking into account specialist areas and topics
- If necessary, participation in the execution of mass determinations and measurements in relation to existing structures and construction sites as well as in the verification of execution dimensions, heights, etc. on site
- Creation of service specifications and execution plans
- Calculation of schedules and deadlines for the projects
- Regular preparation of project reports for superiors and beneficiaries
