**Communication Expert for Change (m/w/d)**:

Als Communication und Change Manager*in gehst du Veränderungen im Unternehmen proaktiv an, begleitest diese und bringst sie zum Erfolg. Dein Blick fürs Wesentliche hilft dir dabei, interne Strukturen, Prozesse und Entscheidungswege zu hinterfragen und zu evaluieren. Du erarbeitest Kommunikations
- und Change-Konzepte und bist in der Lage, diese in konkrete Lösungen umzusetzen. Dabei holst du alle Mitarbeiter*innen durch gezielte Kommunikationsmaßnahmen ab und nimmst sie so mit auf die Change-Reise.

**Was dich erwartet**:

- Du unterstützt unsere Geschäftsführung bei der internen Kommunikation und stehst in Sachen Change-Kommunikation proaktiv als strategische*r Berater*in zur Seite
- Du entwickelst eigenständig eine Strategie für die interne Kommunikation und leitest davon in Abhängigkeit unserer Markenstrategie überzeugende Konzepte sowie ein klares Messaging ab
- Du identifizierst in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Geschäftsführung veränderungsbedürftige Strukturen, Prozesse und Entscheidungswege bei iteratec, insbesondere im Rahmen des Informationsaustauschs
- Du entwickelst detaillierte Strategien und Konzepte zur Initiierung von Change-Prozessen und implementierst die dazu passende Kommunikation
- Du hilfst unseren Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter*innen dabei, Change-Prozesse selbst zu initiieren oder zu begleiten
- Du setzt interne Kommunikationsmaßnahmen effizient um und entwickelst unsere Kanäle und Plattformen für die interne Kommunikation kontinuierlich eigenständig weiter

**Was du mitbringst**:

- Tiefgreifende Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Kommunikation, Change-Management und Veränderungsprozessen
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der internen Unternehmenskommunikation und dem Stakeholder-Management
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Implementierung von Change-Maßnahmen anhand konkreter Projekterfolge
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Analyse von Daten und Trends sowie im Projektreporting
- Langjährige Erfahrung in agilen Umfeldern in mittelständischen Unternehmen
