Good design can change lives. That’s why design, together with science, is at the center of everything we do. As Product Designer, you will be a key driver in the core product and subscription offering, with a sharp focus on usability and engagement.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You are a strong product designer with expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design, capable of leading initiatives as the sole designer.
- You thrive in fast-paced, iterative, and agile startup environments, with a willingness to actively contribute to the company’s growth.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Collaborate closely with a Product Manager and Engineering Team Lead in a product ‘triangle’ to continuously improve a product that impacts millions of people.
- Own the user experience for the Clue app, from testing iterations to final production, working with product and engineering teams.
- Conduct user tests and interviews as needed to create informed, thoughtful solutions and establish user empathy.
- Partner with the Science team to understand use cases and needs from various health perspectives, ensuring scientifically accurate solutions.
- Write clear, human-centered in-app copy in English, adhering to brand guidelines, with support from brand copywriters.
- Collaborate with brand designers to ensure consistent brand representation within the app and align with leads across functions to develop a shared mission and direction.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Extensive experience in product design, with 5+ years focusing on interface design and mobile products (Android, iOS), including significant experience operating as a solo designer, mentoring and supporting other designers in their tasks and professional growth.
- Strong ability to understand business strategy and user needs, translating them into high-quality, user-centered solutions across devices.
- Proficiency in user experience principles, design research, ideation methods, and user testing, including A/B testing.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, staying accountable, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Figma, with the ability to create, communicate, and deliver impactful designs and in-app copy.
- Design degree, relevant qualifications, or equivalent industry experience, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
