**Wen suchen wir?**:
Zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Arbeit suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, zunächst befristet auf zwei Jahre, eine:n **Project Controller (M/F/d)** in Vollzeit für die Abteilung "Programme" in Bonn.

**Ziel der Stelle**:
In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die finanzadministrative Beratung und Unterstützung aller Projektbeteiligten (Programmreferent:innen, Länderbüros und Partner in den Projektländern) zuständig. In einem dynamischen, interdisziplinären Team verantworten Sie das Monitoring der Mittelverwendung von öffentlich und privat finanzierten Projekten und stellen damit eine qualitativ hochwertige finanzielle Projektsteuerung, Mittelabfluss und Finanzadministration, sowie den jährlichen Projektabschluss sicher. Die qualitativ hochwertige und zeitgerechte Finanzberichterstattung an öffentliche und private Geber gehört dabei zu Ihren Aufgaben. Zudem bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse Ihres Arbeitsbereiches ein

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Prüfung und Freigabe von Finanzberichten und Verträgen im Hinblick auf Zuwendungsgeberregularien (z.B. AA, BMZ, GIZ, EU) und Risikominimierung
- Regelmäßige Burn-Rate-Kontrollen mit Hilfe von internen Tools und der Finanzsoftware
- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Audits
- Abteilungsübergreifende buchhalterische Abstimmung der Projekte im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses
- Zu den genannten Punkten Übernahme der Kommunikation und Koordination mit Länderbüros, lokalen Partnern und anderen Abteilungen im Haus
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Projektbeteiligten im In
- und Ausland bei finanzadministrativen Fragestellungen und Compliance, dies beinhaltet auch das Durchführen von Trainingsmaßnahmen und Reisen in die Länderbüros
- Abwicklung administrativer Tätigkeiten wie Überweisungen, Ablagen, das Führen der Stammakte
- Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen des Arbeitsbereichs

**Ihr Profil / Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in relevantem Fach (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Finanzwesen o.ä.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Internationalen Humanitären
- bzw. Entwicklungszusamenarbeit, mit guten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen sowie Kenntnisse im Finanzmanagement und im Vertragsrecht
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in Geberregularien deutscher und internationaler Zuwendungsgeber
- Kompetenz zur Übernahme von Aufgaben im Rahmen interner und externer rechtlicher Beratung ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Finanzsoftware Systemen
- Alltagssicherer EDV-Umgang (MS Office)
- Sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexible, belastbare, teamfähige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Entscheidungskompetenz
