Bss Tax Coordinator

**Your Tasks**:

- Day to day contact for BSS accountants on tax matters, aiding and assisting them to resolve any tax matters that arise including supporting tax audits (involving tax advisors as appropriate)
- Day to day relationship with external tax outsourcing partner
- Working closely with the Tax Manager to design, execute and supervise an effective tax governance structure
- Monitoring tax compliance deadlines to ensure timely delivery of tax compliance by BSS accountants
- Regular exchange with BSS accountants to ensure appropriate levels of tax knowledge, awareness and engagement, including ensuring European legislative developments are identified and actioned as required
- Identifying knowledge gaps/training needs within the European BSS organisation and assisting with design/delivery of tax trainings
- Assisting BSS accountants/external tax advisors with the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation
- Assisting BSS accountants with tax accounting (including forecasts) and tax reporting in CIS ERP system, including deferred taxes
- Conducting of training and assistance in the use of tax tools e.g. pwc Global Tax Center
- Technical support with the introduction of legal requirements e.g. SAF-T reporting, e-invoicing
- Main areas of tax covered will be CIT, VAT, WHT and may also deal with local tax specifics e.g. Plastics Tax

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in tax positions within multinational companies and / or advisory firms
- CIT/VAT tax compliance experience
- Knowledge of cross border transactions, transfer pricing rules and double tax treaties
- Fluent in English for business purposes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP, IFRS
