About Yepoda
We are a Berlin-based K-Beauty start-up that is dedicated to introducing the best of Korean skincare and beauty trends to the European market.
Korean skincare rituals are in the beauty scene well-known as the secret weapon for healthy and beautiful skin. At Yepoda, we believe in the Korean expertise, traditions and beauty innovations of the country while we give all our skincare products our own twist: Our mindfully produced skincare products are 100% free of nasties like silicones and parabens, cruelty-free, vegan and made with love in Korea by our K-Beauty experts.

By becoming a part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of beauty and contribute to our collaborative, creative, and passionate work environment. Our team is made up of more than 45 amazing human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story. You probably guessed it already: Our company language is English. Through a working day in the office you’ll be hearing everything from Dutch, French, Spanish, Korean, Italian and a bit of German.

Tasks
- Support our team in the field of Online Performance Marketing. This includes especially:

- Support with setup and monitoring of Marketing campaigns along all our Online Marketing channels (Paid Social, SEA, CRM,)
- Support with ongoing analysis of the relevant campaign KPIs and optimization of the budget
- You come up with new ideas and think outside of the box to find the next concept to make your Marketing campaigns excel
- Collaboration with our Graphic Design team to ensure great creatives and to continuously test new ideas and formats

**Requirements**:

- You sucessfully graduated with a degree in media management, marketing, economics or a related field
- Focus on results and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on-mentality
- High drive and ambition to perform
- Excellent English skills. German, Dutch or French skills are a plus
- Passion for beauty topics & social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
- You are a team player, open for new things and are excited about the chance, to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us
- First experiences in E-Commerce and/or Online Marketing are a plus
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and the Google programs (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.)
