**Aktuell besetzen wir im Auftrag eines Weltmarktführers in der Luxusbranche, die Position „Supervisor People Management“ (m/w/d) für den Standort Hamburg (Neuer Wall).**

Das Unternehmen entwirft, fertigt und vertreibt Kleidung für Damen und Herren, Schuhe, Lederwaren, Seidenprodukte, Accessoires, sowie Damen
- und Herrendüfte. Das Produktangebot des Unternehmens umfasst ausserdem von Lizenznehmern gefertigte Brillen und Uhren. **Ihre Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für die Organisation und die Abläufe im Store, inkl. eines optimalen Warenhandlings auf der Fläche
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Warenpräsentation und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Umsetzung nach Abstimmung mit dem Visual Merchandising
- Funktion als Markenbotschafter, aktives Verkaufen auf der Fläche in Vorbildfunktion als Gastgeber für die anspruchsvollen, internationalen Kunden und Vorleben eines aktiven Kundenservice zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und des Ergebnisses
- Kommunizieren von Verkaufsaktionen und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Verkaufsstandards
- Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses an die Mitarbeiter, den Store Manager und den Retail Manager für die DACH Region
- Aktives Arbeiten mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen (KPI’s) und Sicherstellen von Rentabilität und Effizienz des Stores, sowie die Optimierung der Verkaufs
- und Umsatzziele
- Motivation des gesamten Teams und Vermitteln des Luxus Lifestyle an die Mitarbeiter und Kunden
- Unterstützung des Store Managers in allen Belangen des Stores
- Schwerpunkt: People Management (Onboarding, Einarbeitung, Schulungen & Trainings)
**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**
- (Erste) Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Luxus-, Lifestyle
- oder Modebranche
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Organisationsstarker Peoplemanager
- Hohe Verkaufsaffinität
- Eine positive, dynamische, gewinnende Ausstrahlung
