**Intern Sales Coordination (d/f/m)**: In this position you are responsible for a specific part of the debit-side clarification case processing of all fires. You analyze clarification cases, cluster their reasons and ensure that the identified weaknesses are remedied with the help of suitable remedial measures. In doing so, you maintain

maintain close contact with the Customer Services, Accounts Receivable, Logistics, Digitalization and IT departments.

In addition, you will support the Sales Coordination team with special tasks, process documentation as part of the SAP conversion, and in the area of customer data management. Required experience and skills:

- Started studies in business administration or similar or a completed commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally initial experience as an intern/working student (d/m/w) in customer service or accounting
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German
- Profound IT knowledge, especially in MS-Office Excel and ideally in SAP R/3
- Pleasure in analyzing processes
- An independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High reliability, resilience and flexibility
- Team spirit and a passion for fashion and lifestyle
