**Your Mission**:
Are you ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Digital Marketing and contribute to transformative changes within our company? Join our team today as a motivated Working Intern Based in our Munich office, you will become an integral part of our Digital Marketing team, providing support across various projects and areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- CMS System Management: Gain hands-on experience in managing our CMS system, with a focus on creating engaging landing pages using TYPO3 and HubSpot.
- Operational Support: Collaborate closely with all marketing teams to enhance marketing efficiency and productivity daily.
- Project Management: Develop essential project management skills through participation in various initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage and expand your knowledge of digital marketing concepts, with a special emphasis on SEO (technical and onsite), UX/UI design, and competitor analysis.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about the latest digital market trends and provide insights and recommendations to adapt our strategies accordingly.
- Editorial Management: Take ownership of editorial and blog calendars, contributing to the planning and execution of monthly blog postings.
- Data Analysis: Support data analysis and reporting efforts, contributing to a data-driven approach in optimizing our digital marketing initiatives.
- Innovative Thinking: Bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team, actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and proposing innovative solutions.

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Having a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in this domain.
- Basic understanding of CMS systems and an eagerness to learn TYPO3 and HubSpot.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate across departments.
- Analytical mindset and an interest in data analysis.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
