Wir möchten das Team Rechnungswesen & Controlling innerhalb unserer Finanzorganisation erweitern und suchen jemanden, der die Verantwortung für alle Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Debitorenbuchhaltung zentral für alle europäischen Einheiten übernimmt. Du kannst starke Beziehungen innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens aufbauen, schnell agieren und lässt dich nicht von "alten Gewohnheiten" einschränken? Vor allem bist du ehrgeizig, neugierig und leidenschaftlich in der Buchhaltung
**Das wirst du tun**:
- Du steuerst den gesamten Auftrags
- und Zahlungszyklus aus finanzieller Sicht
- Du bist verantwortlich für die operative Kundenbuchhaltung eines multinationalen Unternehmens von der Vertragsprüfung bis zum Zahlungseingang
- Du fakturierst Kunden auf der Grundlage ihrer Bestellungen und überwachst die Verträge in unserem ERP-System
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Kunden, Partnern und internen Ansprechpartnern zusammen
- Du erfasst Kundenzahlungen und bist für das Mahnwesen verantwortlich
- Du unterstützt beim Berichtswesen
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses und bei Ad-hoc-Anfragen mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Optimierung und Dokumentation von internen Prozessen und Richtlinien
**Das brauchst du, um erfolgreich zu sein**:
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, entdeckst gern Neues und trägst zum Erfolg des Teams bei
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) sind erforderlich
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Kundenbuchhaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse über die Standardregeln für die europäische Mehrwertsteuer
- Lust auf die Arbeit in einem vielfältigen und internationalen Team (Arbeitssprache: Englisch)
- Talent gute Beziehungen zu Kunden und Mitarbeitern anderer Abteilungen im Unternehmen aufzubauen
- Erfahrung mit Workday Finance oder Salesforce sind ein großes Plus
