**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du unterstützt unsere Consultants bei der Abwicklung von Projekten im Change Management für digitale Lösungen
- Die Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Trainings gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest mit in internen Innovationsprojekten
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Weiterentwicklung der Dienstleistungen unserer Service Line Digital Business Solutions

**Dein Profil**:

- Du studierst Psychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Affinität zur Digitalisierung
- Dich zeichnen Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, ein Drang zu stetigen Weiterentwicklung und gestalterisches Engagement aus
- Eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch rundet dein Profil ab
