Customer Service Specialist for The French Market

Since 2009, we have established ourselves as a trusted and supportive B2B distributor of replacement parts, gear, and accessories for the Powersports industry. Become part of our ride and help us make our customers around the world happy

Tasks
- You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system
- Any concerns that may arise with our customers during the ordering and delivery process will be assisted by you.
- You will focus on our already registered dealers, but you will also support our sales team in the acquisition of new prospective customers

**Requirements**:

- You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
- Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles and co. as well as the associated products and accessories
- You are open-minded, communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation
- For the daily contact with our customers, a native command of French and good English is required. Additional languages are seen as an advantage.
- Routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system rounds your profile off.
