Vc - Fund Controller / Fund Admin (M/F/d)

**Your mission**:

- Support the preparation of the quarterly reporting package for investors and financial reporting (German Gaap / IFRS)
- Support the annual audit and tax preparation for the funds
- Work with fund administration on fund related tasks like capital calls and company valuations, etc.
- Monitor and coordinate the work performed by the fund administrator
- Prepare fund modelling, cash flow analysis, fund budgeting and planning as well supporting creation of new funds
- Support the investment approval process based on our data-driven Portfolio Management System
- Keep track of key portfolio data (KPIs), cap tables and legal documents on fund investments
- Support the set-up of an infrastructure in order to streamline internal processes and workflows

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience at a venture capital firm, a fund administrator, a big four audit firm or an investment bank
- You earned a degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on finance / accounting / controlling
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and work detail oriented to ensure high level of data quality
- You have a hands-on attitude and are flexible with switching tasks as needed
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are a team player but also able to work independently
