**Your mission**:
- Definition and implementation of the sales strategy
- Further development towards a "Best in Class"-managed sales through a transparent, process and efficiency-oriented management based on KPI's
- Creation of a unique and inspiring customer experience along all relevant touchpoints in close cooperation with all relevant areas nationally as well as internationally
- Entrepreneurial development of the service organization with focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability
- Active participation in strategic business planning, the budget process as well as the further development of the corporate strategy
- Support and acquisition of key customers as well as key accounts
- Direct report to the CEO
**Your profile**:
- Degree in business administration or technical studies with MBA, ideally in electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in managing sales staff in the e-mobility sector
- Modern sales personality with sustainable hands-on mentality
- Distinct team orientation and high social competence paired with pleasure in dealing with people, especially in an international environment
- Success orientation, flexibility, and resilience as well as a strong capacity for enthusiasm
- A leadership style characterized by integrity, open communication and the pursuit of excellence
- Fluent written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
