Als Trainee erwartet Dich in unserer Druckerei ein spannendes und abwechslungsreiches 18-monatiges Programm. Du lernst unsere Produkte sowie die angrenzenden Verlagsbereiche kennen und bekommst ein Gespür für die Abläufe in Druck und Weiterverarbeitung.

**Das Aufgabengebiet**:
Aktive Beratung unserer Bestandskunden und Erschließung neuer Potentiale Pflege, Ausbau und Monitoring unserer Digitalpräsenz mit angeschlossenem Onlineshop
Unterstützung im Auftragsmanagement und tatkräftige Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Angebotsideen, Verkaufsunterlagen und Kampagnen
Marketing nach innen und außen und proaktive Unterstützung im Projektmanagement

**Das Profil**:
Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Vertrieb oder Medien
Erste Berufspraxis in den Medien und/oder Erfolge in Kundenberatung und Verkauf
Zahlenverständnis und Sicherheit in Wort und Schrift. Kundenorientierte Kommunikation und ein Talent für überzeugende Angebotsunterlagen, Präsentationen und guten Content
Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig. Gleichzeitig bist Du ein verlässlicher Teamplayer mit gewinnendem Auftreten
