Wir beschäftigen ca. 1.800 Mitarbeiter*innen und suchen am Standort Köln einen **Team Leader Project Execution (m/w/d)**.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns**:

- Als Team Leader Project Execution bist du schwerpunktmäßig für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Greenfield
- und Brownfield-Projekten im mehrstelligen Millionenbereich verantwortlich
- Du führst 5 Mitarbeitern disziplinarisch und fachlich
- Die Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle, Ressourcenallokation, Zielerreichung und Einhaltung der Zeitpläne im Rahmen der Projekte liegen in deiner Verantwortung
- Darüber hinaus stellst du für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, regulatorischen Anforderungen, Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt
- sowie Energieeffizienzaspekten sicher
- Der Aufbau und die Pflege von effektiven Arbeitsbeziehungen mit internen Abteilungen, externen Auftragnehmern, Behörden, Lieferanten und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern liegt ebenfalls in deiner Verantwortung
- Du übernimmst kontinuierlich die Weiterentwicklung des Teams, dazu gehören sowohl die Mitarbeiterentwicklung als auch die Verbesserung des Engineering Prozesses
- Du unterstützt das internationale Forum zum fachspezifischen, gemeinsamen Lernen und zum Teilen von Best Practices im CapEx Engineering

**Perfekt Damit erfüllst Du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest du mitbringen**:

- Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Projektmanagement oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation vorweisen
- Du bringst mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von CAPEX-Projekten im Konsumgüterumfeld mit, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in der Nahrungsmittel
- oder Getränkeindustrie
- Eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung gemäß PMI oder IPMA ist wünschenswert
- Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung in großen und komplexen Projekten mit internationalen Lieferanten gesammelt
- Du verfügst über erste Führungserfahrung und kannst Erfolge im Nachhaltigen entwickeln von Mitarbeitern vorweisen
- Du hast hervorragende analytische, problemlösende und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu unregelmäßiger internationaler Reisetätigkeit
