We at Airbus Central Research & Technology pioneer cutting edge technologies for future airborne and spaceborne systems, providing novel functionalities whilst reducing the environmental footprint of Airbus products and services. You will join the team of our researchers working on alternative positioning and navigation using novel quantum sensors. With your contribution you will make an impact on the research on resilient future airborne navigation for Airbus.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Exploring classical and AI-based models for the compensation of an aircraft’s electromagnetic interference
- Implementing and testing suitable models and integrate them in a navigation simulation
- Analyzing sources of electromagnetic interference in different aircrafts

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within electrical engineering, robotics, aerospace engineering, computer science, physics or a related field
- Good mathematical skills to analyze and understand complex algorithms
- High interest in AI-technologies and signal processing
- Experience in Matlab, Python and/or Julia programming
- Fluent in English or German
