Azure Network Specialist

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Tier 2 Engineer with strong expertise in networking and Microsoft Azure to join our team in Reinbek, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues, assisting with network management, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Azure infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Tier 2 support for network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity problems.
- Monitor and manage Azure services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of networking equipment and Azure resources.
- Document solutions and maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a Tier 2 support role, preferably in a networking environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and Azure services.
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 20,00€ - 30,00€ per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
