**What You Will Do**
- You analyze the existing retail data, tools and processes and interact with relevant stakeholders like Sales, Marketing and Distribution Management to understand the current status
- You cooperate with other relevant functions in the development of tools to support the transformation to retail-driven forecast and drive implementation of these tools and processes
- You´re responsible for retail forecast training for both internal and external stakeholders, including dealers and work in close cooperation with the global and EME Demand Planning team
- You collect and incorporate forecast data and inputs provided by the business and challenge and support Sales teams in improving forecast accuracy
- You interact with sales, marketing and operations to understand and interpret the potential impact market trends and demand drivers can have on demand and adjust the statistical forecast to reflect those impacts
- You provide insight to stakeholders, including Sales & Marketing, on the status of retail planning activities
- You understand the strategy and priorities of Sales & Marketing for the products and markets in their scope

**What You Will Bring**
- Master´s degree in logistics, business economics, or any comparable studies as well as an understanding of general supply chain
- Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in relevant business areas in either manufacturing industry or management Consultancy
- Developing skills in long-term demand/supply planning, data analysis, management reporting as well as custumer focus, interpersonal skills, etc.
- Excellent communication skills on all stakeholder levels with proficiency in English
- Open for relocate to an AGCO location and to travel for 5-10%

**A Plus If You Have**
- Additional language skills like German, French, Italian or Finnish are beneficial
- Ability to effectively work with people from multiple locations
- High degree of motivation and willingness to take responsibility
