Your tasks:
- Handle and process vehicle orders through to delivery to the customer
- Coordination with body manufacturers
- Organize and carry out vehicle delivery and perform order follow-up
- Order-related checking of supplier invoices
- Check commission credits and debits from the plants
- issue commercial release for vehicle delivery, including checking and clarifying incoming payments/leasing/financing
- Maintaining sales files, filing and recording all documents in the files
- Create topic-related reports and evaluations
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- completed commercial vocational training
Experience and specific knowledge:
- good IT skills
- Experience with our car and van products
Personal skills:
- an independent and conscientious way of working
- high level of commitment and flexibility
- absolute customer orientation
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to coordinate
- confident manner in discussions with external and internal suppliers/service providers
Depending on the entry requirements, the position is full-time and permanent / limited to 12 months. However, we are very interested in a long-term and successful collaboration.
