Textile Production Specialist

Das Headquarter liegt inmitten von Frankfurt am Main.

Aufgaben
- Entwurf von Modellen und Schnitten für têxtile Produkte
- Erstellung von Prototypen zur Bewertung von Design und Passform
- Auswahl und Prüfung von geeigneten Materialien für die Produktion
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
- Analyse und Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Kosteneinsparungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Designern, Produktionsmitarbeitern und anderen Stakeholdern
- Überprüfung von Produktionsmustern und Mustern auf Einhaltung von Spezifikationen und Standards
- Identifizierung und Behebung von Produktionsproblemen und Abweichungen
- Durchführung von Tests und Versuchen, um die Qualität und Leistung der Produkte sicherzustellen
- Dokumentation und Berichterstattung über den Produktionsfortschritt und eventuelle Abweichungen

Qualifikation
- Starkes Interesse und Begeisterung für Textilien und die Textilindustrie
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Bekleidungstechnik oder ein vergleichbarer thematischer Bildungsabschluss
- Technisches Verständnis von têxtilen Materialien, Herstellungsverfahren und Maschinen
- Kreativität und Innovationsbereitschaft bei der Entwicklung neuer Designs und Konzepte
- Hohe Genauigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für Details bei der Erstellung von Modellen und Schnitten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für das internationale Lieferantenumfeld
- Selbständige und nachhaltige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
