**Your role**:
As as Demand Planner at Sunday you will be responsible for the forecasting of deviations, trends or seasonalities and planning to maintain a balance between supply and demand in terms of capacity and inventories for finished goods
- Your goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations
- Plan and set priorities operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays
- Coordinate and plan raw materials ordering and set planning parameters for inventory planning
- Be responsible for sufficient available inventory as well as analysis on target/actual deviations
- Work closely with other departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, Production and Quality

**Your profile**:

- 2-4 years of professional experience and knowledge in this field, University degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Demand Planning is a plus
- Experience in usage of ERP systems like SAP or comparable ERP systems
- Very good communication skills, a strong ability to react flexible on different workload in an international, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German, Polish or any other European language would be of advantage
- You are a team player with positive mindset, innovative "out of the box"-thinking and assertiveness

**Sunday Natural** was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves. As natural as possible, absolutely pure, free of all additives and with the highest possible quality. Sunday Natural is purely privately financed, independent and today one of the renowned German quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. We cooperate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers and professional associations for the continuous development of our products.

**We take our ecological responsibility very seriously**: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
