**Kurzbeschreibung der Rolle**:
Für unser Team suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d), der gewissenhaft in der Bearbeitung von Volkswagen Eskalationsfällen (Presales/Aftersales) vorgeht und der auch Anfragen mit technischem Hintergrund löst.

Ziel ist es, dass alle eingehenden Anfragen aus dem Handel abschließend bearbeitet werden, um die Kunden-/Händlerzufriedenheit zu steigern.

**Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle**:

- Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen nach Vorgabe
- Fachliche Schnittstelle zwischen Händler, Auftraggeber und Fachabteilung
- Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen (fachlich) und Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Auftraggeber zu Prozessoptimierungen, Recherchen und Auswertungen
- Sonder
- und Projektaufgaben (z.B. Fachberatung im CX-Online-Channel der Volkswagen AG sowie Bearbeitung von Backoffice Themen Pkw)

**Anforderungen an die Qualifikation**:

- Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (vorzugsweise Automobilbereich)
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowie auch Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
