**Your Team**:
The European Regional Office based in Kronberg is a small, busy and dynamic team looking after 40 markets via National Sales Companies (NSCs) and Importers. To support our **Network and Training Team within the European Regional Office** and for an immediate start we are looking for a:
**Trainee Network & Training - European Learning HUB (duration of 24 months)**

**Your Tasks**:

- Support the smooth administration and coordination of the European Learning Hub team
- Becoming the European Excellence Champion and supporting the management of Excellence Evolution system. (Excellence is JLR’s Learning Management System)
- Assist European Learning Hub Technical & Customer Experience Training Managers in the implementation of Customer Experience, Technical, Product and Body Repair Training Needs
- Collation of metrics and compiling monthly reports in a detailed and accurate manner from Learning Management and other corporate systems
- Administer department JLR Purchase orders & effective liaison with other agencies regarding the creating and supplying of purchase orders for all within budget purchases
- Provide Administration support in event coordination and organization for all training working groups and participation in Regional organized events
- Provide the wider European Network team with ad-hoc support on requirements

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or a similar field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Financial / data reporting skills desirable
- Strong team player, able to communicate at all levels within the business
- Excellent command of English, second language desired
- Well-presented and enthusiastic, with the ability to make an excellent first impression and make things happen
- Able to work on own initiative and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
