Staff Specialist Maintenance

Als Staff Specialist Maintenance (w/m/div)* sind Sie verantwortlich für die Performance
- und Qualitätssicherung im Bereich der Komponentenaufbereitung (Demontage, Reinigung, Montage) für die Implantation. Hierbei sind Sie ebenfalls verantwortlich für die disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams und die strategische Ausrichtung des Bereichs.
Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:
- Die **Verantwortung für den Betrieb der IMP Quellenwerkstatt **unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und behördlichen Vorschriften sowie der sicherheitsrelevanten Bestimmungen
- **Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung **eines kleinen Teams
- **Technische Anleitung des Werkstattpersonals **sowie die **Koordination externer Servicepartner und Lieferanten**:
- **Analyse von Schwachstellen **(inkl. deren Beseitigung) zur Qualitätsoptimierung
- Die **Betreuung der Schnittstelle **zwischen Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, dem **IMP-Bereich **und anderen **internen sowie externen Kunden**:
- Die **Planung sowie Durchführung von Erweiterungen und Umbauten**:
- Die **Identifizierung neuer Anlagenoptionen und -lösungen **unter Beachtung der zukünftigen technologischen Anforderungen
- **Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen **für neue Werkstatteinrichtungen/-anlagen
Bei Ihrer Arbeit stellen Sie den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt, sind aufgeschlossen für neue Ideen und zeigen sich offen gegenüber anderen Denk
- und Handelsweisen. Aufgrund Ihrer Fachkenntnisse können Sie zukünftige technische Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse vorwegnehmen und suchen darüber hinaus aktiv den Austausch mit Kunden und Kollegen. Sie fördern das Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl in Ihrem Arbeitsbereich, bringen Ihr Wissen sowie Ihre Kenntnisse ein und sorgen dafür, dass fachlich die richtigen Entscheidungen getroffen werden. Darüber hinaus gehen Sie respektvoll mit Kollegen und Partnern um und sind aufgrund Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke in der Lage, stabile Beziehungen und Netzwerke aufzubauen.
Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:
- Ein **Hochschulstudium **im Bereich der **Ingenieurwissenschaften **(Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik) abgeschlossen haben
- Moderne **Softwareapplikationen zur Datenanalyse **(AI/KI, Big Data) **und **Digitalisierung **der Abläufe nutzen, um nachhaltig Wert aus Daten zu schöpfen
- Über erste **Berufs
- und Projekterfahrung **verfügen
- An neuen Problemstellungen interessiert sind, die Sie sowohl **selbstständig **als auch im **Team **bearbeiten
- Sicher auf **Deutsch und Englisch **kommunizieren können.
