It will be your mission to set up and constantly improve a joined operations desk between Flexa and Entrix.
- Location: Munich, Germany
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: € 100.000 - 120.000 + competitive VSOP package
- Working Mode: Office setup
- Language Requirement**:C1 Level English and German**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Setup and lead real-time operations team incl. monitoring, initial response, coordination across teams/companies, availability/schedule management, and reporting
- Optimize and lead trading and energy market operations incl. market communication, logistics, and collateral management
- Build interface to engineering team to ensure smooth operations and processes

**Your Profile**:

- Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative, result-orientation, and strong stakeholder management
- 4+ years experience in project and operations management in high pace, result-driven environment (e.g., top-tier consulting, start-ups)
- Experience working with engineering teams and excellent technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Outstanding academic track record with a degree preferably in engineering, business administration, or economics
